The hotel is new, modern and extremely clean. The check-in staff were very pleasant and allowed us to check-in early. They accommodated our request for feather pillows. The room itself was very clean and well kept up. The bathroom was quite large with a very nice sizable walk-in shower.

The location is convenient to main roads and restaurants, without being noisy. Our room was super clean and very comfortable! The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was a breeze.

We stayed for 3 nights and got to interact with several different staff members and they were all exceptional. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was great, the selection was different each day and excellent quality. The hotel was spotless even the public restroom on the first floor near the check-in area. We also liked that there were so many seating options near the pool.

I always love coming to this hotel to stay. It’s a great location, love the lobby, spacious rooms, and I have a good view. The staff at the front desk are always polite and nice to me every time I come!

Excellent location for Matthews and very clean! Two restaurants in walking distance along with a Harris Teeter. Hotel bar open until 10pm. AC in the room excellent. Free breakfast was standard - scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, cereal. Nothing to write home about, but free!

Breakfast is good. We have group of teenagers and the hotel let us using their meeting room for the kids playing cards every night, which gives us a big convenience for the kids bonding with each others. We appreciate that.

BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND AMAZING! They really put their foot into it! The rooms were comfy, as soon as I hit my head on that pillow I was out like a light. And the black out curtains, OH MY GOSH I LOVED THEM!
